At Grace Jae, LLC our goal is to deliver high-quality, faith-based coaching, consulting, speaking services, digital products, and physical merchandise. Please review our refund and exchange policy carefully before making a purchase and/or booking any service.
Digital Products & Services
All sales of digital products (such as courses, downloads, and coaching or consulting sessions) are final.

No refunds, returns, or exchanges are offered on any digital product or service.

This policy ensures that we can protect the integrity of our work and honor the time and resources that go into providing our services.
Physical Products
If you purchased a physical item from our online store, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:
Return/Exchange Request Requirements:

Must be submitted within 7 days of the date you received the item.

The product must be unworn, unused, in original condition, and with all original tags attached.

You must provide a clear reason for the return or exchange.
Fees & Responsibility:

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable restocking fees.

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return shipping.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 3 days of delivery. We will gladly review the issue and work to resolve it promptly, which may include a replacement or refund where appropriate.
